| 摘 要： | 水质恶化是城市水资源供需矛盾的重要原因之一.合理配置水量水质,提高水资源利用效率和供水保证率,是城市健康发展的必然要求.本文将和谐论思想引入水资源配置,结合水资源分质配置思路,基于水资源配置量化指标体系和水资源配置模型,开展了新密市城区水量水质配置研究,为水资源优化配置提供定量分析的方法.

| Abstract: | The water quality deterioration is a major reason of contradiction between water supply and demand. Rational allocation of water quantity and quality to improve water utilization efficiency and water supply reliability is the inevitable requirement of healthily development of city. Based on the harmony theory and concept of dual water supply, Taking Xinmi urban area as a case study, the paper calculated the harmony degree of water allocation under different schemes and years. The research can provide the method of quantitative analysis for optimal allocation of water resources. |
