| Abstract: | In this paper, three modes of heat transfer are analyzed, finding out the factors affecting heat dissipation of each mode, also the heat dissipation principles of new heat pipe technology are explored. On this basis, the design principles and ideas for IC radiator using heat pipe are given. |
