文化街的发展转型探究——以长沙清水塘街为例

本文以长沙市清水塘街道为案例,通过对其场所空间特征分析找出其作为文化街的现有特色,结合对其转型动因阐释以及转型内容的分析,综合评估其从古玩文化街到书画艺术文化街转型发展的优势与问题,并提出相应规划优化建议,以期对清水塘街及其它特色文化街的发展提供一定借鉴。

Analysis of the Development and Renovation of Cultural Streets Taking Qingshuitang Street in Changsha as an Example

Citing Qingshuitang Street in Changsha as an example, this paper comprehensively assesses its strengths and weakness in renovating from a street of antique trading to a street renowned for fine arts and calligraphy, by means of highlighting its current features as an art street through spatial characteristics, also combining analysis of its renovating motivation and content. Then it further provides relevant advice in future planning, which as well serves as a reference for Qingshuitang Street and other cultural street.
