| 摘 要： | 天然气主要成分为甲烷,燃烧产生的废气量相对于煤来说更大。因此预热器系统的通风量需要良好的控制;此外天然气燃烧器的火头太软,容易造成烧成带偏移,引起预热器堵料。本文结合阿曼3000t/d的调试情况提出针对天然气燃料的控制和改进的建议。

| Abstract: | Natural gas composed mainly of methane, and the amount of its combustion exhaust gas is greater relative to the coal. Therefore, the amount of air preheater system requires good control; additionally the natural gas burner flame is too soft, and easily leads to firing zone offset, causing the preheater blocked. According to Oman 3000 t/d operation and adjustment situation, this paper gives suggestions for control and improvement of taking natural gas as fuel. |
