PET在EG中的醇解反应

摘    要:在EG的沸点下,PET在EG中的醇解速度较慢,苦在醇解体系中添加适量BHET,由于BHET和PET良好的相容性,会加速醇解反应;苦再同时添加Zn(OAc)2等催化剂,会进一步加速醇解反应,苦在醇解体系中EG,适量BHET,Zn(OAc)2及微量H2O同时并存,则会获得最佳醇解效果,这一研究不仅具有理论意义,也可供聚酯类生产厂家借鉴。

Abstract:The alcoholysis speed of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) in ethylene glycol (EG) will be greatly accelerated when definite amount of bis-hydroxyethyl terephthalate (BHET) is added because of the good compatibility between PET and BHET.The optimal alcoholysis results can be obtained when BHET, Zn(OAc)2 and a little H,O are added together into the alcoholysis system.
