配电网停电管理系统方案设计

摘    要:针对佛山禅城配电网现有停电管理功能的不足和实际需要,研制和开发了一个功能强大并且可以升级的停电管理系统。主要设计思路是利用可视化语言VB6.0以GE Smallworld GIS平台为基础,设计停电和故障可以实时显示、分析、模拟操作并自动提供解决方案的智能化停电管理系统。系统的主要功能模块包括系统管理、停电管理、停电申请管理、停电分析、工作票倒闸票管理、查询统计等模块。该系统可以综合和应用所有必要的实时运行信息,使供电恢复更快,停电信息报告更准确,从而减少了停电带来的巨大影响和损失,可实现对配电网的高度自动化管理。

Abstract:In view of the inadequacies and needs of the existing outage management functions of Foshan Chancheng distribution network, a robust and scaleable outage management system is developed. The main design idea is to design an intellectualized outage management system by use of Visual Basic 6. 0 and based on the Smallworld GIS platform, in which the outage and fault information can be shown, analyzed, and simulated real time and the solution can be given automatically. The system's main functions include system management, outage management, outage application management, outage analysis, work order management, query and statistics and so on. The proposed system can integrate and apply all the necessary real-time operations information, dynamically manage connectivity and supporting resources, and monitor real-time performance, thus enabling faster service restoration and accurate reporting of outage information while reducing the influence and loss of outage so as to realize highly automated management for the distribution network.
