醋酸纤维素/壳聚糖纺丝原液的流变性能研究

摘    要:采用锥板式旋转粘度计法对醋酸纤维素/壳聚糖共混原液的流变性能进行测定。结果表明,醋酸纤维素/壳聚糖共混原液无第一牛顿区,为非牛顿流体。随着剪切速率的加大,原液呈现切力变稀现象。温度在较大剪切速率范围内影响着原液的粘度,粘度随温度的上升而下降,但在高剪切速率区间,温度的影响很小。总体来说,粘流活化能?Eη随原液总固浓度的提高而降低,但在总固浓度为8%左右时出现了一个极大值。原液的结构化程度随体系温度上升、总固浓度下降而减小。

Abstract:The purpose in this paper is to study the rheological properties of chitosan/cellulose acetate/acetic-acid dope by using a cone-and-plate rheometer.The results shows that there is no the First Newtonian area for the chitosan/cellulose acetate dope which is a non-newtonian fluid.With the increase of shear rate,the dope exhibits a behavior of shear thinning.The temperature influences the viscosity of the dope in wide range of shear rate and the viscosity is decreased with increasing the temperature,but in high shear rate region,the temperature affect the viscosity little.On the whole,the activation energy for the viscous flow of the dope is decreased with the increasing of total soluble apart from a maximum value appeared at about 8% of total soluble.The extent of the structured dope is decreased with elevating the temperature and reducing the total soluble.
