预分散间苯二酚在半钢子午线轮胎钢丝带束层胶中的应用

对比4种预分散间苯二酚在半钢子午线轮胎钢丝带束层胶中的应用效果。结果表明,预分散间苯二酚 E 80在终炼时加入,不但可以避免间苯二酚在生产过程中因挥发而产生大量烟雾,而且可以改善胶料的分散性,提高胶料与钢丝帘线的粘合性能,所制造的145R12LT成品轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能均超过国家标准;以其减量替代预分散间苯二酚DCOF 50,可降低胶料成本约0 29元·kg-1。

Application of predispersed phenolic resin in belt compound of PCR tire

Four phenolic resins were compared in belt compound of PCR tire.The results showed that not only the heavy smoke emission of phenolic resin in the mixing was avoided,but also the dispersity of rubber compound and the adhesion between rubber matrix and steel cord improved by adding predispersedphenolic resin E-80 at the final mixing stage,moreover,the endurance and speed performance of 145R12LT finished tire met the requirements of relevant national standard;and the compound cost reduced by 0.29 RMB yuan·kg^-1 by replacing predispersed phenolic resin with phenolic resin E-80 in less weight.
