摘    要:文章采用最小误差逼近算法计算韦布尔分布特征参数和A,和K,近似拟事风电场实际风速频率分布的韦布尔分布。根据比分布了解风电场的风速特性,通过选择适当的风力发电机组,可以比较准确地预测风电场年输出电能。

Abstract:This paper presents a least error approach to calculate the main parameters A and K of Weibull distribution characteristic, and fits the actual wind speed frequency distribution in the wind farm with it. According to this distribution law of the wind speed in the farm,the power energy production of the wind farm per year can be forecasted accurately by choosing right wind turbine generators. By use of this method,the wind speed frequency distribution characteristics in an actual wind farm planning project have been calculated, and the wind energy resources in the wind farm have been evaluated.At last,the correctness and usefulness of this approach are proved.
