从运营模式到概念规划

各地大学城的相继建设是高等教育参与城市运营的集中表象,大学城的运营模式对概念规划具有重要的指导作用．结合深圳大学城规划设计实践,探讨了大学城运营模式主要由投资模式、管理模式和教育模式构成,详细阐述了在运营模式指导下的深圳大学城的设计目标、用地布局、功能分区及交通组织,提出了运营模式决定着大学城的规划结构和空间形态,是概念规划的主要依据．

From operational mode to conceptual planning

The continuous construction of "university and college towns" in China is an indication of the participation of higher education in the management of cities and the operational mode of "university and college towns" is very important to their conceptual planning.With the planning of Shenzhen "university and college town" as an example, the operational mode of "university and college town" consisting of investment, administration and education is discussed, and the design objective, layout of land modes of functional district, traffic management in the Shenzhen "university and college town",are analysed. It is concluded that conceptual planning should be based on operational mode, which determines the structure and modality of a "university and college town".
