TiN涂层高速钢刀具耐热性的研究

摘    要:研究了切削过程中TiN涂层高速钢刀具的切削温度场分布特征及其生热、导热特征。通过试验证明了TiN薄膜的热学特征与其晶体结构类型有关 ,用不同工艺方法得到的TiN涂层高速钢刀具的耐热性、耐磨性亦存在明显差别 ,为TiN涂层刀具沉积工艺参数的优化、刀具几何参数及切削用量的合理选择提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The characteristics of producing heat, conducting heat and temperature field of TiN coated HSS tools in the cutting process are studied. It is justified by experiments that the thermology characteristic of TiN film is related with its crystal structure and there is different of the wear resistance and heat resistance of TiN coated tools depositing by different coating techniques. The theoretical basis is offered for optimization of the coating technique, correct design of geometrical parameters of TiN coated tools and rational selection of cutting regimes.
