宁夏风电出力时空特性研究

基于2010年宁夏电NEMS实测风电功率数据，首先提出了数据预处理方法；其次分别提出了考核风电功率变化规律的年、月、日统计指标；再次从时间轴和空间距离2方面对统计指标分别进行了纵向、横向比较，探讨了宁夏风电出力的时空分布特性；最后对风电功率变化量的概率分布进行了分析。指出时间尺度越长、空间距离越近，风电功率变化特性越相似，风电功率差分序列符合均值为0的正态分布。

Probe into Temporal-spatial Characteristics of Wind Power Output in Ningxia

It is of great importance to study the characteristics of Ningxia wind power output for the healthy development and secure ＆ stable operation of Ningxia power grid. Based on the measured wind power data in Ningxia EMS in 2010, data pretreatment methodis introduced firstly. Secondly, the annual, monthly and daily statistical indexes which assess the variation law of the wind power output are proposed. Thirdly, crosswise and longitudinal comparison of the proposed indexes is carried out from spatial and temporal aspects respectively. And then, the temporal-spatial characteristics of wind power output in Ningxia are discussed. Finally, the probability distribution of wind power variation is analyzed. It is shown that, the time scales longer and the spatial distance closer, the wind power variation characteristics are more similar. The wind power difference sequence fits normal distribution with zero mean value.
