电动汽车充换电服务网络运营管理系统的研究与设计

摘    要:电动汽车充换电服务网络是电动汽车安全可靠运行的保障。以山东省电力集团公司充换电服务网络建设情况为例,研究并设计了1种电动汽车充换电服务网络运行管理系统。分别从运营、调度、技术3个方面对电动汽车充换电服务网络进行了业务需求分析,进行了系统的总体架构和设计,并从基于物联网技术的智能交互节点、基于多种通讯技术组合的通讯网络、基于云计算技术的运营管理平台、基于二维码的跨区域运营管理等关键技术进行了分析。本系统已在山东省实际运行使用。

Abstract:Electric vehicle charging net is the guarantee to safe and reliable operation of electric vehicle. Taking the construction of Shandong charging net as an example, electric vehicle charging net management system is researched and designed. The paper makes business requirements analysis from operation, dispatching and technology, carries out a total architecture design, analyzes some key points including smart node based on IOT technology, several eommunication combination-based communication net, operation management system based on cloud computing, two-dimension code based operation platform of cross region. The system has been put into service in Shandong and provides important guarantee to safe running of the electric vehicles of Shandong, meanwhile some service data of Linyi and Ji'nan can be monitored and managed.
