基于调峰能力的陕西电网接纳风电能力分析

摘    要:随着风电的大规模集中并网,电网调峰能力已成为制约接纳风电的主要因素。文中分析了陕西电网的调峰能力及风电对调峰能力的影响,提出了一种可接纳风电能力的实用计算方法,采用该方法对陕西电网2011年、2012年、2015年3个水平年可接纳风电能力进行了计算分析;并提出了从电网方面入手提高接纳风电能力的措施。

Abstract:With the large-scale wind farms connected with power grid,the peak load regulation of power grid becomes the main constraint condition to wind power integration capacity. This paper analyzes the ability of peak load regulation of shaanxi power grid and the impacts of wind power on it, and proposes a practical calculation method to determine the capacity of wind power. The capacity of wind power integrated in each year of 2011, 2012 and 2015 is calculated and analyzed. At last, the specific measures from the power grid to increase the capacity of wind power are proposed.
