摘    要:介绍了一种测量表面粗糙度的准直型光纤传感器。该传感器成功地消除了光纤测头到被测表面距离变动和环境的杂散光线对输出的影响,传感器光通量的计算方法可用于位移及其它反射型光纤传感器的特性分析和结构设计。

Abstract:--A new collimating optical fibre transducer is presented. This transducer has effectively eliminated the errors due to the change of distance between the probe and the surface and the effect of scattered light on the output. The method used on the analysis and calculation of luminous flux in the optical fibre transducer can also be used on characteristic anlaysis and construction design of optical fibre transducer with reflex type on measuring displacement and other parameters.
