| 摘 要： | 在Snam氨汽提法尿素生产工艺中,中压吸收塔液位控制的好坏直接影响开车的成败.通过分析中压吸收塔的工作原理,以及如何通过各点温度的变化来判断其液位的高低,总结在装置开车过程中稳定控制中压吸收塔液位的措施.

| Abstract: | In the production process of urea by Snam ammonia stripping method, the control of liquid level of MP absorter(C101) will directly influence the success of the startup. This paper summarizes the experiences of stably controlling the level of MP absorber during the plant startup through analyzing the working principle of MP absorber and how to identify the liquid level by the temperature changes at each point. |
