离心泵的汽蚀防护技术及其进展

摘    要:汽蚀及其造成的破坏是离心泵运行、维护和管理工作中的一大难题,为维持泵的正常运行.应采取必要的防护措施。离心泵汽蚀的传统防护方法是:改进泵本身的结构、改善泵的运行条件和采用抗汽蚀材料。文中对表面化学热处理、热喷涂技术、合金粉末喷焊、激光熔覆等表面防护技术和其它防护技术及其进展作了阐述。

Abstract:The cavitation and its damage are ticklers in the course of running,maintenance and management of centrifugal pumps. The necessary protection techniques must be used. The traditional protection techniques are improving structures of pumps,ameliorating its running conditions and using materials against cavitation. The paper expounds the surface protection techniques such as surface chemical heat treatment,heat spray-daubing technology,alloy powder for spray-welding and laser cladding,etc. The other protection technology and progress are given also.
