摘    要:采用表面印迹技术,选取γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(APTS)和甲基丙烯酰氯修饰的硅胶为载体,以阿司匹林(Asp)为模板分子,丙烯酰胺(AM)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDGMA)为交联剂,在乙腈溶液中合成了阿司匹林表面分子印迹聚合物微球(MIPs)和非印迹聚合物微球(NIPs)。通过紫外、红外光谱、扫描电镜、透射电镜、热重分析以及吸附实验进行了表征并进行了药物扩散实验。结果表明,MIPs平衡吸附量可达164.40μmol/g,对苯甲酸(BA)和水杨酸(SA)的分离因子达到3.15和3.32,有很好的热稳定性和选择性吸附能力;MIPs持续释药时间是NIPs的2.6倍,有很好的缓释效果和应用价值。

Abstract:Based on silica gel modified with γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (APTS) and methacryloyl chloride,molecularly imprinted polymer (MIPs) and non imprinted polymer (NIPs) were prepared by surface imprinting technology with aspirin (Asp) as template molecule,acrylamide (AM) as functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDGMA) as crosslinker in acetonitrile solution.They were characterized by UV,IR,SEM,TEM,TGA and the adsorption experiments.Besides,drug diffusion experiment was also completed.The results show that MIPs exhibit good specific recognition,reaching 164.40 μmol/g.The separation factor of MIPs for benzoic acid (BA) and salicylic acid (SA) can reach 3.15 and 3.32.The drug release time of MIPs is 2.6 times of NIPs.Therefore,MIPs show a good sustained release effect application value.
