摘    要:某电厂电除尘器一、二电场积灰超载,造成集灰斗承载圈梁主梁严重变形损坏。利用ANSYS分析软件,对该除尘器灰斗结构超载受力过程进行模拟分析,研究结构的受力变形状况及可能的失效形态。有限元非线性分析结果表明,钢材实际承载潜力与灰斗结构空间效应作用是灰斗结构免于塌落的主要原因。

Abstract:The main steel beam of hopper in the first and second electric field has serious deformation and damage after severe overloading,to study the structure performance and potential collapse condition.Simulation analysis of overloading process by finite element analysis software is employed.The result indicates that steel bearing potential and space effect of hopper are main reasons to not break down at last.
