| 摘 要： | 在电压平衡、能量平衡和磁场测试与分析的基础上，结合槽工况和计算机热解析结果，对１６０ｋＡ预焙铝电解槽进行了更加深入细致的综合分析，指出现行生产槽炉底隆起和电流效率、能量消耗不够理想的诸方面原因，提出了相适应的工艺技术参数和改进措施

| Abstract: | Base on the balance of voltage and energy,the measurement and analysis of magnetic fields as well as combined with working routine and analysis by computer,the paper makes further anslysis of 160kA aluminum pre-baked pots.It indicates that the causes of swelling at the bottom of the pot,lower current efficiency ang higher power consumption and comes up the proper parameters and measures. |
