激光粒度分析中粉体分散方法的研究

摘    要:以激光粒度仪测定超细的无机和有机粉体时,关键在于使粉体均匀分散在分散介质中.实验结果表明,分散时所用的超声波功率不同,样品粒度的测定结果也会不同.在加入表面活性剂和六偏磷酸钠后,能较好测定有机物样品的粒度.这主要是分散剂的加入降低了界面张力,使低能固体变成高能固体,从而有利于粒子在分散介质中的分散.

Abstract:The dispersion method of ultrafine powder in dispersants was studied when the grain size distribution of samples was to be identified by laser size detector. The experimental results show that the ultrasonic power affects the identifying results; and after some surfactant and sodium metaphosphate being added into water, the grain size of organic ultrafine powder can be well identified, which mainly is attributed to the interfacial tension decreasing and the solid energy changing.
