新鲜生物质催化热解气化制富氢燃料气的试验研究

摘    要:采用TG/DTA/GC 技术进行了新鲜小麦秸秆和玉米秸秆以K2CO3,Na2CO3,ZnCl2和CaO为催化剂制富氢燃料气的试验研究,分析了催化剂种类及用量对新鲜生物质热解气化气体产物组成的影响.结果表明:催化剂的加入改变了新鲜生物质热解气化气体产物的组成,气体产物中H2的含量增加; K2CO3,Na2CO3,ZnCl2对提高H2含量效果很明显;ZnCl2对CH4的生成有抑制作用,CaO对生物质热解过程中CH4的产生有一定的促进作用;随着催化剂用量的增加H2的含量增加,当K2CO3和Na2CO3用量为20%左右时,H2含量可达55%左右.

Abstract:Catalytic pyrolysis gasification of fresh corn straw and wheat straw for production of rich hydrogen gas were carried out by TG/DTA/GC technology in the atmosphere of N_2 with potassium carbonate,sodium carbonate,zinc chloride and calcium oxide as catalyst,respectively.The influence of the kinds of catalyst and the catalyst weight/biomass weight ratios on the components of the gas yields and their change of pyrolysis gasification of fresh biomass was analyzed.The results indicate that the addition of catalysts make the yields of different gas of fresh biomass pyrolysis gasification redistributing,and increasing the yields of H_2,especially when potassium carbonate,sodium carbonate or zinc chloride is added,zinc chloride can restrain producing of CH_4,calcium oxide can improve producing of CH_4,increasing catalysts weight/biomass weight ratio result in increasing of yields of H_2,and the yields of H_2 is about 55% when potassium carbonate or sodium carbonate weight/biomass weight ratio is about 20%.
