摘    要:介绍了侧钻井扩孔施工工艺,探讨了用扩孔技术减少侧钻井油层损害的机理。侧钻后对小井眼进行扩孔,可以去掉钻井过程中形成的污染带,降低钻井液侵入油层的深度,减少对油层的损害。扩孔后井壁上形成的滤饼薄且疏松,可以有效地提高第二界面的固井质量,减少后期的油气水窜,有效延长生产井的寿命。

Abstract:The paper introduces the reaming technology of lateral drilling,discusses the mechanism of reducing reservoir damage by using reaming technique.After sidetracking,reaming to slim-hole can remove formed polluted zone,decrease invasion depth of drilling fluid and reduce reservoir damage.Meanwhile, the formed wall cake is thin and its tight degree is low after reaming,it is easy to be cleaned in cementing.So,the reaming technique can improve effectively cementing quality of second interface,reduce water breakthrough,extend the production period of producing well and improve initial output of oil well.
