摘    要:在制盐企业,多为热电联产,即锅炉产生的蒸汽,经汽轮发电机做功后的背压蒸汽,经减温供制盐生产.发电机的出力在一定程度上取决于制盐的用汽量,在低负荷供热时,机组往往不能满负荷运行。本文结合本厂实际。对在供热量一定时,如何提高发电机的负荷能力做了有益的探索,并提出了具体解决办法。

Abstract:Co-generation of heat and electricity is common in salt making enterprises.Namely,steam from boiler is used for power generation in a turbo generator set from which back pressure steam is supplied for salt making after desuperheated.To some extent, power of generator depends on steam consumption for salt making. When heat is supplied with low load,the unit usually runs below full load.Based on practice,this paper discusses how to improve the load capacity of generator when heat supply is at a certain level with specific solutions put forward.
