| 摘 要： | 从工程监理体制、机制上探讨了当前工程监理中存在的主要问题,并从加强对监理企业的宏观管理、制订合理的监理取费标准以及提高监理人员的业务素质等方面提出了相应的解决对策,从而进一步完善监理体制,发挥监理在工程进度、质量和费用中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | The main questions existing in current engineering supervision were discussed based on system and mechanism of engineering supervision,the relative countermeasures were provided to strength supervision cost calculation method of macro-management and reasonable establishment of supervision enterprise,and improve the professional quality of supervisor,then further perfect supervision system,and play an important role of supervision in engineering progress,quality and cost. |
