| 摘 要： | 本文首先阐述了对国家体育场规划设计阶段需求影响因素的重要性进行评价的意义。而后作者选择国家体育场奥运会赛时、赛后使用以及已确定的投资控制数作为重要性评价的准则,根据问题的性质,采用层次分析法对需求影响因素按照重要性进行评价,并按照层次分析法的步骤,通过专家对判断矩阵进行比较打分,并计算出最终排序结果。最后文章分析了排序结果对国家体育场建设实践的指导意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the important meaning to evaluate the significance of influence factors on demand for national stadium during planning and design period was firstly present.Secondly,the principles including the applications of the National Stadium during and after the Olympic Game and the determined number of investment control were selected,the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) method was used to carry out the evaluation according to the issue property,and then,the final order results were calculated based on the comparison and assessment for adjustment matrix by experts.At last,the importance of order results for the national stadium construction was described. |
