摘    要:在我国目前无人机供电系统的常规固态配电技术分析基础上,提出了以TMS320F2808作为控制器的智能固态功率控制器(SSPC)设计方案;用软件实现原模拟SSPC中的硬件反时限保护功能模块,大大简化了硬件电路没计,减小体积,更适合于无人机对机身体积重量的敏感要求;并提出将SSPC板卡化,以配合负载监控中心使用,提高了集成度,使无人机配电单元具有更好的系统性能;试验结果表明,该供电系统运行稳定可靠,开关动作准确度高,基本达到了试验要求.

Abstract:The conventional solid-state power supply system of China's unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) is analyzed. A design solution of solid-state power controller (SSPC) based on TMS320F2808 is proposed. To achieve the original hardware SSPC inverse-time protection module by software, this method simplifies the hardware circuit design greatly, makes it more suitable for UVA that this method meets the sensitive requirements for the size of the body weight; In addition, Measures to make SSPC a board can coordinate with Load Control Center to improve the integration, so that the power distribution unit of UAV has better system performance. Test results showed that:This power suply system is running stably and reliably, switching with high accuracy to meet the basic requirements of the test.
