摘    要:采用糠醛树脂生产过程中产生的糠醛渣为原料,向其添加无烟煤、助燃剂、沥青和自制黏结剂等基础黏结剂和助剂,经加工后制备出一种可用火柴直接点燃的机制炭.该机制炭的特点是:用一根火柴就可点燃,火焰连续、无毒性物质,无烟、无味、无污染,棒体结构坚实、燃烧时间长.

Abstract:The production process of the furfural resin as a raw material, and by adding anthracite, burning-rate accelerator, asphalt and Self adhesive and additives, a match directly ignited shaped charcoal was prepared. The shaped charcoal has the characteristics of a match lit, flame, no toxic substance, smokeless, tasteless, no pollution. Its structure is solid and it has a long burning time.
