鞍钢鲅鱼圈炼焦用煤煤岩研究

摘    要:借助于煤岩学理论,利用煤岩显微镜及相关软件对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈炼焦用37个采矿点的77种单种煤进行了煤岩分析,并建立了炼焦用煤镜质组反射率分布图谱汇编,根据可行的配煤预案分别进行手工配煤和小焦炉配煤煤岩测定.将其实验室结果应用于实际生产,实现了煤岩配煤技术在鞍钢鲅鱼圈炼焦生产中的应用。

Abstract:As per the theory of coal petrography and utilizing coal petrographic microscopy and relevant software, this paper carries the coal petrographic analysis to 77 types of coal used for coke-making in Bayuquan Iron & Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., which are gathered from 37 different coal mines, and compiles the vitrinite reflectance distribution map of coking coal of our plant. On the basis of feasible coal blending plan, this paper also holds the coal petrographic measurements of manual coal blending and blending by small test coke oven, and applies the laboratory results to actual production, therefore it is achieved that the coal blending by coal petrographic is utilized in the actual coking process in Bayuquan Iron & Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd..
