中间相沥青基泡沫炭的研究进展

摘    要:中间相沥青基泡沫炭是一种具有低密度、高强度、高导热、高导电、耐火、耐高温、抗冲击、抗氧化等性能的新型炭材料,具有广泛的应用前景.不同的原料和方法所制备的沥青基泡沫炭的结构、性能和应用也有所不同,通过对以石油系、萘系和煤沥青或改性煤沥青为原料制备中间相沥青基泡沫炭,讨论了制备工艺对泡沫炭的影响,同时对泡沫炭的改性研究及应用进行了概述.

Abstract:Mesophase pitch-based carbon foam is a new type in carbon materials, which has the properties of low density, high strength, high-thermal and electrical conductivity, refractory, thermostability, shock resistance and antioxidation, and a broad prospect of applications. Its structures, properties, and applications vary greatly in terms of the raw materials used and the preparation methods adopted. The mesophase pitch-based carbon foam might be prepared to use the oil system, naphthalene series and coal or modified coal tar pitch as the raw materials. The influencing factors in the preparation of mesophase pitch-based carbon foam are systematically introduced, and its modification and applications are reviewed.
