含钛铁水脱硫及转炉冶炼实践

摘    要:分析了含钛铁水对铁水预处理脱硫、转炉冶炼操作的影响。通过采用渣铁分离剂、改进扒渣操作,有效降低了脱硫粉剂消耗和扒渣铁损;针对含钛铁水的转炉冶炼,采用双渣操作,通过控制放渣时机、炉渣碱度、放渣温度、放渣渣量等措施,显著提高了除钛效果;通过改进转炉热平衡计算方法,能够准确控制冶炼终点温度。工艺改进后,转炉冶炼终点的温度控制和成分控制基本达到冶炼普通铁水的控制水平。Ti和P含量分别为0.0026%和0.0091%,补吹率降到15.34%。

Abstract:The influence of titanium-containing hot metal on the desulphurization of hot metal pretreatment and converter smelting is analyzed. The consumption of both desulphurization powder and molten steel during deslagging is effectively reduced by using slag-hot metal separation flux and improving the operation of deslagging. With regard to the fact that titanium- containing hot metal is smelted by converter, such measures as carrying out double-slag operation and controlling slag-discharging time, slag basieity, slag-discharging temperature and slag- discharging amount are taken so that the de-titanium effect for hot metal is improved remarkably. And also the temperature at the end point of converter smelting can be accurately controlled by optimization of thermal balance calculation method. After the hot metal smelting process is improved, the level for controlling the end point temperature in converter and the content of elements in molten steel can reach to the degree for smelting ordinary hot metal with the content of titanium and phosphorus being 0.002 6% and 0.009 1% respectively and the reblow rate of the converter is reduced to 15.34%.
