| Abstract: | Reserved carbon and deoxidation technique on high carbon hard wire steel production by EAF -refining -concasting process, This paper briefly discussed, in accordance with the requirement for quality of high carbon hard wire steel, analyzed how to control the oxygen and inclusion removal content in the high carbon wire steel, the proper measures are suggested in order to reduce oxygen content in the high carbon wire steel. |
