摘    要:针对高碳硬线钢的质量要求,概要论述了电炉-精炼-连铸流程生产高碳硬线钢过程中的留碳、脱氧工艺,分析如何控制硬线钢中夹杂物及氧含量,提出降低高碳硬线钢中氧含量的措施。

Abstract:Reserved carbon and deoxidation technique on high carbon hard wire steel production by EAF -refining -concasting process, This paper briefly discussed, in accordance with the requirement for quality of high carbon hard wire steel, analyzed how to control the oxygen and inclusion removal content in the high carbon wire steel, the proper measures are suggested in order to reduce oxygen content in the high carbon wire steel.
