摘    要:研究了肉桂醛选择加氢为肉桂醇的催化剂Co Fe/γ Al2O3,考察了助剂Fe含量、焙烧温度、催化剂用量、反应时间等对催化剂加氢性能的影响。研究表明,Fe的引入较大地提高了催化剂的活性和选择性,当n(Fe)/n(Co)=0 08及焙烧温度为823K时催化剂活性最高,在pH2为2 0MPa,催化剂用量为0 2g/ml(肉桂醛),反应时间为1h,肉桂醛的转化率达到14 78%,增幅17 02%,肉桂醇的选择性为94 37%,提高5 78%。Co Fe/γ Al2O3催化剂加氢反应存在诱导期,反应时间应大于2h,反应5h肉桂醛的转化率达到60 51%,肉桂醇的选择性为96 26%,催化剂用量应介于0 20g/ml(CMA)和0 28g/ml(CMA)间。

Selective Hydrogenation of Cinnamaldehyde to Cinnamyl Alcohol over Co-Fe/γ-Al2O3
Abstract:The selective hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde(CMA) to cinnamyl alcohol(CMO) was studied over Co-Fe/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts. The effects of the content of promoter Fe, baking temperature, dosage of catalysts and reaction time were investigated. It was found that the introduction of Fe to Co/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst greatly improved the activity and selectivity. When n_(Fe)/n_(Co) was 0.08 and baking temperature was 823K, the activity of catalysts was the highest. Under the conditions: P_(H_2) 2.0MPa, dosage of catalysts 0.2g/ml CMA and reaction time 1 hour, the conversion of CMA was 14.78% and selectivity of CMO was 94.37%, which were 17.02% and 5.78% more than that without promoter Fe, respectively. There was an induction period at the earlier stage in the hydrogenation over Co-Fe/γ-Al_2O_3 and reaction time should be over 2 hours. When reaction had proceeded for 5 hours, the conversion of CMA reached 60.51% and selectivity of CMO was 96.26%. The dosage of catalysts should be between 0.20g/ml CMA and 0.28g/ml CMA.
