基于实验的转子动平衡影响系数优劣评价与提取

在大量实验的基础上提出了一种评价影响系数优劣的指标，有助于从数值上对影响系数的优劣进行定量的分析，提高了判断的科学性。该指标是由幅值和相位变化量作加权平均后构成的一个无量纲数，当选取的指标高于阂值时，平衡效果比较好，反之则不然。实验表明幅值变化量对影响系数优劣的贡献不大。文章并对所提指标的有效性进行了实验验证，效果良好。

Experiment-based Method to Evaluate the Quality of Influential Coefficient in Rotor Dynamic Balancing

A method is advanced to evaluate the quality of influential coefficients in rotor dynamic balancing,which is based on lots of experiments.The method can be used to analyze and judge the quality of coefficients quantitatively.A dimensionless number composed of amplitude difference and phase difference is used in the method.A coefficient will bring on a good result if the dimensionless number is larger over the criterion,and it will have a bad result if not.It is proved that the amplitude difference has little effect on the quality of influential coefficients.The method is proved available by experiments.
