催化柴油加氢精制—改质—异构降凝组合工艺

摘    要:大庆中蓝石化有限公司柴油加氢精制—改质—异构降凝装置采用了催化柴油加氢精制—改质—异构降凝组合工艺,以FF-36为加氢精制催化剂,3963为加氢改质催化剂,FC-20为加氢降凝催化剂。试生产的结果表明,精制柴油的收率随工艺操作条件的变化而变化,产品的含硫量≤50μg/g,满足国家Ⅳ柴油标准,FF-36、3963和FC-20催化剂活性匹配良好。

Abstract:The Diesel Hydrorefining/Quality Improvement/Isomerization Pour Point Depression Unit of Daqing Zhonglan Petrochemical Co.Ltd.uses the combined process of catalytic diesel oil hydrorefining-quality improvement-isomerization pour point depression,with FF-36 as the hydrorefining catalyst,3963 as hydrogenation quality improvement catalyst and FC-20 as hydrogenation pour point depression catalyst.The test run shows,the yield of refined catalyst varies with the change of process operation condition,sulfur content is ≤50 μg/g,product quality meets the national IV Diesel Standard,and FF-36,3963 and FC-20 are matched well.
