| 摘 要： | 乙烯生产装置中,急冷水pH值的高低直接关系着装置生产的平稳和高效运行。文中依据大庆石化公司化工一厂裂解车间新区的生产实际,分析了急冷水pH值波动的原因及其对装置生产的影响,并提出了改进建议。

| Abstract: | In ethylene production plant,the pH values of quench water directly affect the smooth and efficient operation of plant production. Based on the production reality of the cracking unit of No. 1 Chemical Plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company,this paper analyzed the cause for fluctuation of quench water pH value and its influence on the plant production,and put forward the improvement proposal. |
