摘    要:根据地理位置、气候条件将黑龙江省分为东部和中、西部两个大区,结合水稻生育期不同阶段特点,明确退水量是由泡田期和生育期降雨排水两部分组成,并以不同水平年灌溉定额的差异分别计算出不同地区不同水平年的水田退水系数.水田退水系数研究为黑龙江省千亿斤粮食生产能力战略工程规划环评进行农田退水对承泄区水质提供了基础的技术支撑.

Abstract:Heilongjiang Province is divided into two parts,namely eastern part and western part in terms of geographical location and climate conditions.Combing with the characteristics of paddy rice growth in its different growth periods,return water is consist of the return water and rainfall in steeping field period and growth period.According to the difference of irrigation quota in different years,the return water coefficients of paddy field are calculated in two areas.The research provides technical support for the water quality evaluation of discharge area in Planning EIA of 100 Billion Grain Production Engineering in Heilongjiang Province.
