| 摘 要： | 人类社会逐步迈入新经济时代，筹资决策的内容不仅包括物质权益资本与债务资本，也应涵括人力资本，即企业的资本结构中应包括人力资本．本文分析了人力资本纳入企业资本结构时应考虑的因素并提出了具体的方案，包括人力资本价值量的确定，人力资本对企业财务风险的影响，人力资本的边际收益(MR)与社会制度完善程度的关系，人力资本与非人力资本合约的调整，并以此为切入点探讨了涵括人力资本的企业资本结构．
