核电企业传统载体档案数字化与库房智能化转型实践研究

摘    要:为了实现档案领域的数字化转型,提高传统档案管理的数字化、智能化水平,本文围绕传统载体档案和实体档案库房进行了深入分析,研究其管理模式向全电子化、多用户远程和综合性管理转变。本文提出了在档案数字化转型实践中采取的主要措施,包括全面推广使用系统原生电子文件,分步实施单轨制,升级档案库房基础设施,改变人工盘库模式,建立实体与虚拟协同的数字化档案库房,探索以三维模型为核心的机组数字化移交,打造随身文档服务以实现掌上协作办公,开展数据分析并驱动服务改善。这些措施有助于提高企业内部文档的利用效率,实现企业数字资源的最大化利用。

Research on the Digital Transformation of Traditional Carrier Archives and Intelligent Transformation of Warehouse in Nuclear Power Enterprises

Abstract:In order to realize the digital transformation of archives and improve the digitization level of traditional carrier archives and the intelligent level of current archives warehouses, Jiangsu Nuclear Power has studied traditional carrier archives and physical archives warehouses, and gradually changed the traditional archives warehouse management model to the fully electronic, multi-user remote, and integrated management model of archives warehouses. The article introduces the main practices carried out in the digital transformation practice of archives, including comprehensively promoting the use of system native electronic files to gradually implement single-track system, upgrading archive warehouse infrastructure to achieve intelligent control, changing manual inventory models to realize intelligent inventory archives, establishing physical and virtual collaborative digital archives warehouses, using 3D models as the core Explorer unit digital handover, building follow-up document services to achieve palmtop collaboration office, and conducting data analysis to drive service improvement. The article helps improve the utilization efficiency of documents within the enterprise and maximize the utilization efficiency of enterprise digital resources.
