新型保温被保温层的研究

摘    要:保温性能和剥离强力是保温被两个非常重要的性能指标。通过实验研究了面密度和针刺密度对保温性能和剥离强力的影响。数据分析表明:对保温性能的影响面密度大于针刺密度,对剥离强力的影响针刺密度大于面密度,并据此确定了生产保温被的工艺。

Abstract:Insulating ability and peel bond strength are two important properties for thermal insulating covering. The fluence of areal density and needle-punch density on insulating ability and peeling strength were investigated by experiments in this paper. The result shows that areal density has more effect on insula- ting ability than needling density and needling density has more effect on peel bond strength, and the processing technology is designed according to it.
