摘    要:氮氧化物选择性催化还原技术是发达国家广泛采用的火电厂烟气脱硝技术,我国尚不掌握火电厂SCR烟气脱硝装置的设计技术和相关经验。根据前期进行的SCR烟气脱硝小型试验结果,结合计算流体力学(CFD)软件设计并建立了SCR烟气脱硝中间试验装置。在实际燃煤条件下,进行有关的试验,考察了氨氮比、空速和温度对脱硝效率的影响,试验数据与小型试验结果基本吻合,从而验证了中试装置设计的合理性,所形成的设计方法和获得的经验对全尺寸装置的设计有重要参考价值。图4参4

Abstract:Selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NOx is a technique already widely used in developed countries for denitrification of flue gas in power plants,but the design of the required equipment and relevant experience has not yet been mastered by our country.Based on results of small scale SCR denitrification experiments,and with the help of calculation fluid dynamics(CFD) software,a pilot installation has been extablished and relevant tests under actual coal combustion conditions were carried out.The influence of ammonium to nitrogen ration, as well as that of the space velocity and temperature,on denitrification efficiency has been investigated.Test results basically agree with those of small scale experiments,which proves that the pilot installation's design is rational.The method of design and the experience gained may therefore serve as valuable reference for designing full-scale equipment.Figs 4 and refs 4.
