HYSIM物性数据计算精度的剖析

摘    要:对HYSIM软件(V2.12)数据库中的有关热力学性质所进行的计算与分析结果认为,与石油化工系统所通用的《化工设计手册》有关热力学数据相比较,HYSIM软件中的纯物质的热力学的基态物性是很准确的,利用国内通用的热力学状态差值计算公式所计算的状态差值与HYSIM通过物流性质计算所获得的计算结果进行比较,误差极小,因此可以得出HYSIM软件的物性数据库与国内、国外标准吻合,完全可和国内有关设计标准相接轨的结论。

Abstract:Calculation and analysis are made to thermal mechanics performance of HYSIM software (V2. 12)database, according to results and compared with the thermal mechanics data mentioned in " Chemical Design Criteria"applicable in petrochemical field,The basic state physical performance of pure substance thermal mechanics of HYSIM software is very accurate. There are very close tolerances between state error value using domestic applied calculation formular for general thermal mechanics state errors and HYSIM calculated result by streams performance calculation. This concludes that physical performance database of HYSIM software coincides with national and international standards and is in linewith some national relevant design standards.
