摘    要:余甘子(Phyllanthusemblica)是一种具有较高的食用和药用价值的植物果实。其风味独特,营养丰富,含有多种对人体有益的活性物质,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤等保健作用,是一种极具潜力的食品资源,被联合国卫生组织指定为在全世界推广种植的三种保健植物之一。

Abstract:Phyllanthus emblica is a kind of fruit that believed to have high edible value and medicinal value. It is one of the threeplants for health-protection popularized the world over by WHO, since it is a nourishing fruit that has unique flavor and manyactive compositions. It has multiple bioactivities, such as antioxidant and anti-tumor et al. So, it has been regarded as a potentialresource of food.
