| Abstract: | Project alteration is one of the main methods for the water and electricity construction enterprises to tap the talent power,and it is also the important source to increase the benefit of these enterprises.Project administration personnel should create alteration condition actively,and take the important effect that the scheme being under construction with regard to the alteration seriously especially,in order to improve the create profit ability of the project. |
