摘    要:对四种不同纳米材料SiO2、TiO2、Al2O3、ZrO2填充PTFE复合材料进行了拉伸和硬度试验。结果表明,纳米Al2O3填充PTFE有比较好的力学性能,当Al2O3的质量分数为10%时,其综合性能最佳。纳米SiO2填充后,PTFE的脆性及硬度显著增大。

Abstract:The mechanical property of PTFE composites filled with four kinds of nano-particles SiO_2, TiO_2 , A1_2 O_3, and ZrO_2 was investigated. The results showed that nano-particles Al2O3 filled PTFE composite had good mechanical property. When the content of Al2O3 was 10 percent by mass, the composite had the best integrated behavior. The filling of nano-particles SiO2, into PTFE made the hardness and the brittleness of PTFE composite increasing.
