摘    要:国家级通用型典型地物标准波谱数据库系统是空间遥感技术与应用发展的重要技术支撑,是国家空间信息设施的重要组成部分之一。介绍了该波谱数据库统软件设计的研究内容,包括系统总体架构、组织结构、模块划分、功能分配、性能特点以及系统特色等,为我国空间信息设施的发展
提供一个可行的地物标准波谱数据库系统设计方案。

Abstract:The remote sensing standardized spectral database, as a part of national space information device, has the important role for supporting the rapid development of space remote sensing technology and quantitative application. So this paper designs one remote sensing standardized spectral database system for Chinese remote sensing development in the future. We give the integral system frame, organization structure, function modules, property characteristics and system quality in this paper. The designed spectral database system is based on Internet work (WWW) for information public share and spectral data exchange all over the world. There are 3 subsystems, basic spectral database subsystem, spectral simulation subsystem and service web subsystem. The basic spectral subsystem concludes 8 specialized libraries corresponding rock, mineral, vegetation, soil, water, ice & snow, crude oil and artificial objects. Each specialized library can separate oneself from the main spectral database system and run independently on the microcomputer. The spectral simulation subsystem can simulates the spectral data in the different observation conditions. The service web subsystem can offer the effective system management and spectral data distribution to the different users.
