西藏某铜铅锌硫化矿浮选工艺研究

摘    要:根据西藏某铜铅锌硫化矿矿石的性质, 分别研究了磨矿粒度、捕收剂及工艺流程对浮选的影响。在磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm占67.00%条件下, 以乙黄药和乙硫氮的混合物为捕收剂, 采用一粗一精两扫闭路浮选工艺流程, 获得混合精矿中铜、铅、锌的品位分别为13.81%、16.74%、22.41%, 回收率分别为95.47%、93.85%、94.04%。

Abstract:Integrated with ore properties,the effects of grinding fineness,collector agents and process flowsheet on the flotation of a copper-lead-zinc sulfide ore in Xizang were investigated,through which the processing parameters were determined.Adopting a closed-circuit flowsheet including one stage of roughing,one stage of cleaning and two stages of scavenging,with a grinding fineness of-0.074 mm range as around 67.00%,and using a combined collector of ethyl xanthate and diethyldithiocarbamate,a bulk concentrate ...
