摘 要: | 本文对五九式坦克履带板联接臂断裂原因进行了分析与计算,并提出相应的改进方案。应用“SAP5线性静动力结构分程序”的三维实体有限单元对履带板联接臂处迸行静力计算表明,将原履带板“反装”使前进时牵引力造成的最大有效应力由20公斤/毫米~2降到3公厅/毫米~2。进方案使最大有效应力由垫支时的32公斤/毫米~2降到倒车时的19公斤/毫米~2。因而,采用反装和改进的结构方案将会提高履带板的寿命。

The Problem of the Crack in Tank Track Links |

Abstract: | This Paper analyses the crack in tank track links end arm, and proposes a modified structure. Using 3D-element of SAP5 finite element program , we made a static compution for track link. When the tank is driven,if the track is set oppositely, the maximum effective stress will decrease from 20kg/mm~2 to 3kg/mm~2. When the track link is supported simply at the end of the tra- ck link, the maximum effective stress in the improved track link is 19kg/mm~2, but the maximun effective stress in the original is 32kg/mm~2. |
