| 摘 要： | 水资源配置是一个多目标、多层次、非结构化的决策问题。水资源配置和谐性是评判在一定条件下，对一定量、质的水资源，根据社会、经济和生态对水资源的需求，进行科学和有效地配置，达到总体平衡和相对合理的指标，区间分析是一种数值分析方法，考虑到水资源的有限性以及水资源配置中各个影响因素的复杂性，将区间分析运用于对水资源配置和谐性的评判中，提高和谐性评判的科学性。

| Abstract: | Water resources allocation is a multi-aim, multi-hierarchy and non-structural problem. The harmoniousness of water resources allocation is an index which is to evaluating whether under a condition, according to the requirement of social, economic and zoology, the water resources aEocation achieves collectivity balance and comparative reasonable. Interval analysis is one of the numerical value analysis methods. In view of the limit water resources and the complex influence factors, application of interval analysis to evaluating harmoniousness of water resources allocation will improve the science of result. |
