摘    要:提出了以钛酸四丁酯为前驱物,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2粉体。以MnSO4·H2O为锰源,制备锰掺杂的Mn—TiO2光催化剂,在600℃、焙烧2h条件下制备了不同浓度掺杂锰的TiO2纳米粉体。通过x射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、粒度分析仪和分光光度计等表征方法系统分析二氧化钛的结构,并在此基础上深入探讨了二氧化钛的晶体结构、比表面积及掺杂等因素对其光催化活性的影响。

Influence on the Photocatalytic Properties Mn-doped TiO2 by Sol-gel Method

Abstract:The preparation of Nanoparticles TiO2 and its application in photodegradation of methyl red dye and magenta dye were reviewed. Nano-TiO2 gelation was prepared with Ti(OC4H9)4 by sol-gel method. The mechanism of gel process was explored and researched by changing the rates of materials and experimental conditions. And Mn-doped TiO2 nanocrystal photocatalysts were prepared by simple hydrothermal synthesis using MnSO4·HaO as manga nese source. The different manganese concentrations doped TiO2 powders were obtained by calcining the precursor for 3 hours. The phase, morphology, composition and spectral absorption properties of the powder were characterized by XRD, UV-Vis etc.
